STARTER: Beyond Program Completion

The STARTER program has now formally concluded its NSF-funded activities. The STARTER team extends its sincere appreciation to all faculty, students, and partners who contributed to and engaged with the program during its period of support.

While the grant-funded phase of STARTER has ended, the STARTER website will remain active as a community resource. The site will continue to host, and progressively expand, materials for faculty and students interested in getting started with AI-driven research, including tutorials, sample course modules, and research-oriented exemplars.

UTRGV faculty who wish to make their educational materials on AI, data science, or related topics available for public dissemination through the STARTER platform are warmly invited to contact the STARTER team. We welcome contributions that advance equitable access to high-quality resources and help broaden participation in AI-enabled research and education.
